Shipping Policies
Orders (within the 48 contiguous states) are usually shipped within 2 business days, via UPS Ground. If you place your order after 2 p.m., it will not be processed until the following business day. For other methods of shipment such as Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and Common Carrier please contact Customer Service via e-mail at customerservice@thebatterystore.com or the Sales Department at sales@thebatterystore.com.
If you would like to use your own shipping account, please contact customer service. We do not ship C.O.D. or to APO/FPO addresses. There are varied shipping rates for P.O. Boxes in
Alaska,
Hawaii, or
Puerto Rico. Therefore, please contact Customer Service for shipping rates and details to P.O. Boxes in those areas.

Shipping Restrictions
Some batteries are restricted from certain carriers and methods. This safety issues cannot be ammended. We will utilize the best method for shipping on these restricted items. Extra fees may apply.
Freight Carrier
If your product was shipped to you by freight carrier (i.e. UPS Freight, Old Dominion Freight Line, etc.) we ask that you follow a few steps to ensure quality of your product: First, please inspect the product for visible damage before the carrier leaves. If there are damages, please make notes onto the Bill of Lading (delivery receipt). Finally, notify Customer Service at via email customerservice@thebatterystore.com. Products that are properly returned, according to these guidelines, are eligible for a refund in the form of a credit to the original method of payment.
Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Upon receipt and processing of the return, we will credit you for the total purchase price (not including shipping and handling), less any applicable restocking fees. A restocking fee may apply to large orders. Please keep in mind that credit card companies vary in the time they take to post credits.
