Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. For any returns or exchanges, please fill out and submit our return authorization form. We will contact you within one business day with your return authorization number. If your order was drop-shipped, please do not return items to the manufacturer, as most returns go through The Battery Store.com.
You may return or exchange the product within 30 days of receipt as long as the product is returned in new, unused, and resalable condition. Customized items are not eligible for a refund due to their uniqueness and/or personalization.
In the event that your order is incorrect, damaged or defective, please contact us via email at customerservice@thebatterystore.com within 7 days of delivery. If we are not advised within 7 days of delivery The Battery Store assumes products are delivered complete and without issue. Issues concerning delivery within the 7 day time frame will be addressed and resolved as soon as possible.
Products properly returned according to these guidelines are eligible for a refund in the form of a credit to the original method of payment. Return orders could be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Upon receipt and processing of the return, we will credit you for the total purchase price (not including shipping and handling), less any applicable restocking fees. Please keep in mind that credit card companies vary in the time they take to post credits.
